the director, has chefing experience in New Zealand
and overseas on charter yachts.
Our antipasto are handmade in New Zealand
from local and imported ingredients, and are guaranteed
for freshness.
We've worked hard to develop quality
and delicious products.

We recently donated antipasto to Mt
Carmel School, Meadowbank on Friday, 13th August for
their fundraiser "Big Night Out" and also
donating antipasto to McLeans College, Bucklands Beach
in August 2010. We also recently provided antipasto to
Meadowbank Kindergarten for their Mothers Night fundraiser,
and also to Mt Carmel School for their Big Night Out
fundraiser on 1st July 2011.

Thank you for introducing us to your products;
at first we only used them as a relish and chutney in
our rolls and sandwiches.
Because
of the high standard and intense flavour of your product
we have developed a few new vegetarian Finger Food items.
For example we use the Artichoke and Aubergine antipasto
on Bruschetta topped with Brie, very popular and very
tasty.
I can highly recommend you products as the quality
and taste is fantastic.
I use the antipasto for Canapes and Paninis. They add
great taste to them and look good with colour. Exellent
tasty to light nibbles also good for dips for vego platters.

We'd like to thank you for generously donating
pouches of your antipasto to our Christmas hamper raffles
held in Dec 2009. Each winner thoroughly enjoyed them.
